Welcome to Vacation Rental Homes. By booking and staying at our properties, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all guests. These terms outline the rules and responsibilities for both guests and Vacation Rental Homes, including booking policies, payment terms, cancellation procedures, and house rules.  Terms and Conditions of your booking:

• 50% Deposit is required to secure you booking
• Check-in is at 14:00 and Check-Out is at 09:30
• Breakage Deposit is required, but will be refunded if there are no breakages

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
• If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
• If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Accommodation Rules and Regulations:

• NO loud Music
• NO Parties
• NO Pets
• NO Smoking
• Do NOT feed or Harm any Animals
